Slim PS2 with 24 games for sale in Toronto, Ontario

Hello, i have a PS2 slim for sale with 24 games. The system and games all work and 2 controllers and an 8mb ps2 memory Card are also included.
I have provided a list of the games below. All the games are in their original boxes and come with manuals except two, Ultimate spiderman and Mortal Kombat Armmagddon.
Asking $90 firm for all and prefer not to sell any item separately but make me an offer if interested in anything.
